What to write about

A wrong result

Tell us the date and the company. We check it against the operator's own page and fix it, usually the same day. How corrections work is in the data policy.

A missing draw

If a date shows no result for a company that should have drawn, send us the date.

Where a number came from

Ask about any figure on the site and we will point you at its source.

Anything else

Suggestions, problems with the site, or a question we have not thought of.

What we cannot help with

• We cannot pay a prize or confirm a winning ticket — only the operator can do that.
• We do not sell tickets or take bets.
• We cannot tell you what will be drawn. Nobody can.
